Job Summary
We are seeking a Site Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale construction projects. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong experience in site operations, regulatory compliance, and digital reporting, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with Irish standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors
- Ensure works are completed in line with programme and specs
- Drive compliance with BCAR and Irish Health & Safety regulations
- Conduct inspections, safety audits, and digital progress reporting
- Act as main liaison for Project Managers, clients, and stakeholders
- Monitor quality control and uphold rigorous site standards
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation
- Proactively resolve technical and operational site issues
Requirements
- Degree/qualification in Construction Management or Engineering
- Minimum 10 years’ experience on large-scale construction sites
- Advanced knowledge of BCAR and Irish safety regulations
- Proven track record managing large subcontractor teams
- High IT competency with digital reporting/inspection tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and to budget
