Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Environmental Scientist to join a Dublin-based team and support the delivery of environmental services across a range of projects. This role involves contributing to environmental assessments, managing projects, and engaging with stakeholders across sectors including infrastructure, renewable energy, and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare EIAR, SEA, CEMP, and WFD assessments
- Coordinate environmental inputs across multidisciplinary projects
- Carry out site surveys and technical fieldwork
- Prepare and review complex technical documentation
- Support project management and delivery across multiple workstreams
- Liaise with clients, regulators, and statutory stakeholders
- Collaborate with water, engineering, and environmental teams
Requirements
- Degree in Environmental Science or a related discipline
- Minimum 6 years’ relevant consultancy experience
- Proven experience in environmental reporting and assessment
- Strong understanding of planning policy and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional technical writing and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
- Chartered status (or working towards) is highly preferred
