Senior Urban Designer / Planner Full Time

They are currently working closely on some of the most prestigious projects in the region and as a result they are seeking a Senior Architect to join their international team.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and presenting urban plans and reports to clients and regulators.
• Assisting in managing teams preparing zoning and development control regulations, guidelines, processes and procedures.
• Provides support for other engineering activities as required.
• May supervise one or more subordinates and provide input regarding performance on all aspects of urban planning.
• Provides input and technical guidance to CAD Designer/Drafters, Designers working on a range of projects.
• Review and report on project, program progress and deliverables.
• Manage and participate in all internal master planning team activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years urban planning/urban design experience some of which should have been gained in the Middle East.
• Should have a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Urban Planning or a Masters in Urban Planning
• Experience in Microsoft suit, AutoCAD, sketch up, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design and Possess excellent design, visualization and graphic skills with good excel skills.
• Excellent communication skills and reporting skills.
