Senior Engineer – Civil Full Time

Due to their continuous success they are looking for a ‘Senior Engineer – Civil’ to play a key role in the management, planning, designing and implementation of water utility, flood relief and infrastructure drainage projects. This role would suit an ambitious and evolving Senior Engineer – Civil who has the ability to

take a project from start to finish and enjoys leading a team.

Job Role:

This is a permanent role and offers the successful candidate long-term opportunities for career development. The successful candidate will be involved in a diverse and challenging range of projects across Ireland in the water utility, flood relief and infrastructure drainage sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Management/supervision of key projects of water utility, flood relief and infrastructure drainage.
• Provide technical mentoring to the existing staff members.
• Client relationship management.
• Ensuring adherence to Engineers Ireland’s Code of Ethics.

Requirements:

• Level 8 Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering.

• Must be a Chartered Engineer and Member of Engineers Ireland

• 5 to 10 years experience in relevant field.
• Have experience in the delivery of water services projects from preliminary design and planning, procurement and contract administration.
• Have experience in a design role with specific design experience
• Must have knowledge of Drainage design software such as WinDes (Microdrainage), InfoWorks or StormCAD/SewerGEMS
