This role would suit an ambitious and evolving Senior Civil BIM Technician who is open to bringing new ideas & technologies and who considers themselves to be always ahead of the curve.

Responsibilities:

• To provide accurate Engineering design documentation in accordance with Standards and Procedures to an excellent standard.
• Collaborating as part of the Engineering / Project team to provide the best solution for the client.
• Accountable for the completion of all designated work to programme and budget.
• Producing structural models, drawings and schedules using computer programmes and BIM.

Requirements:

• Proficient in the use of Autodesk Civil 3D, AutoCAD software and other modelling software to produce both 2d & 3d designs. Infraworks, Vehicle Tracking and Navisworks experience would be desirable but not essential.
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience.
• Irish/UK experience a distinct advantage.
• Have good understanding of client needs and effective time-management.
• Strong Road design experience. Drainage design would be an advantage.
• Communication with internal and external parties.
