The company prides itself on being the contractor of choice for great clients and the place to work for great people. Currently looking for a Quantity surveyor in Ireland (Dublin & Kildare). Quantity surveyors are responsible for all aspects of the project’s surveying and commercial functions.

Responsibilities:

• Create and update contact budgets.
• Responsible for contractual and legal aspects of the project.
• Cooperation with surveyors.
• Management of contract documents.
• Monthly JCR and JCS production.
• Participation in contract handover meetings.
• Participate in bi-weekly contract review meetings.

Requirements:

• Construction methods and technology.
• Measure and evaluate.
• Ability to establish good working relationships with all stakeholders.
• Knowledge and understanding of subcontracting/material and procurement orders.
• Prepare and understand business reports.
• Contract; custom and standard form.
• Knowledge of health and safety, quality processes and the construction industry.
