Our client is currently seeking for an experienced Architectural Technologist / Project Manager to join a premier Design & Build Specialist Contractor with more than 25 years of experience in the delivery of Off-Site Engineered Building Systems throughout Ireland, the UK and Internationally.

If successful you will have the opportunity to be a part of growing Technical Department. Our client wishes to recruit a highly motivated, practical and adaptable candidate with the ambition to progress quickly to a Project Management role.

Role:
Liaison with clients and their design teams to ensure successful delivery of projects from inception to completion, to programme and within budget.
The coordination of customer designs by accurately reproducing technically correct Architectural drawings to client requirements, based on our engineering and manufacturing standards.
Document control and revision management.
Supervision of junior detailing resources responsible for the development of General Arrangement Drawings and Construction Details in a 3D modeling environment.
Resolution of design and development problems.
Provision of Technical Support to clients and other professionals.

Key Tasks:-
Degree qualified in Civil or Structural or Construction Engineering or building technology or Architectural field.
At least 5 years of Experience.
Practical experience in the use of AutoCAD in an Architectural Detailing role.
Knowledge & experience of Building Technology and Residential Building Regulations.
Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
Excellent level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Must have fluent English and be eligible to work in Ireland.
Good leadership and mentoring skills.
Ability to work under pressure & under time constraints is a must.
