For property development, the teams offer solutions ranging from feasibility studies to project management. Under one roof, the integrated team of specialists offers helpful guidance on submitting planning applications, guaranteeing regulatory compliances, and providing cost estimates for various development choices.

Job’s Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reviewing drawings and preparing reports based on information provided.
• Establishing project cost estimates and construction dates using engineering tools like AutoCAD or MicroStation.
• Collaborating with managers and other team members to make sure projects are finished on schedule.
• Creating construction project designs, specifications, and cost estimates for buildings, utilities, bridges, and roads.
• Verifying that work is being done at building sites in accordance with plans and specifications
• Keeping an eye on building projects to make sure they’re moving along on schedule and within budget.

The Skills Required:

• A third-level education in civil engineering or construction management is required.
• Preference for 3+ years of experience
• Maintaining records, creating reports, and having a solid understanding of Excel and Word are all requirements. You will also be expected to provide administrative and technical support to the project team.
• Information regarding connections and criteria for Irish Water.
• An understanding of zoning and building codes.
