Job Summary
We are seeking a BIM Technician to join a Dublin-based team and support the delivery of projects through high-quality model production and technical documentation. This role requires strong Revit capability, as the majority of project work is delivered using Revit-based workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex BIM models using Autodesk Revit
- Produce detailed technical drawings, construction packages, and schedules
- Carry out clash detection and coordinate with structural and MEP teams
- Ensure all outputs comply with ISO 19650 standards and BIM Execution Plans
- Support site activities including surveys, inspections, and as-built updates
- Manage and maintain data within the Common Data Environment (CDE)
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support project delivery
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related discipline
- 3–5 years’ experience in a design-led architectural or BIM environment
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (essential)
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD; Navisworks or Rhino is a plus
- Solid understanding of Irish Building Regulations and BIM protocols
- Proven experience working within ISO 19650 standards and CDEs
- Excellent technical coordination and communication skills
