Job Summary
We are seeking an Architectural Technician to join a Dublin-based team and support the delivery of projects through detailed technical design and BIM-led workflows. This role focuses on translating design concepts into buildable, compliant construction documentation with a strong emphasis on Revit-based delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed construction drawings, sections, and technical packages
- Produce and manage BIM models using Autodesk Revit
- Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards and project BEPs
- Prepare documentation for Fire Safety Certificates and DAC submissions
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and design teams to resolve issues
- Support material selection and technical detailing
- Attend site meetings and assist with construction-stage coordination
Requirements
- Degree in Architectural Technology or related discipline
- 3–5 years’ experience within architectural practice (IE/UK preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Revit (Essential)
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD; Navisworks is advantageous
- Good understanding of Irish Building Regulations and compliance
- Familiarity with BIM standards and coordinated project environments
- Strong technical detailing and coordination skills
