Job Summary
We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join a Dublin-based team and support the delivery of structural engineering projects across a diverse portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all project stages while working closely with senior engineers and progressing towards chartership.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project delivery from feasibility through to construction
- Contribute to structural design and analysis under supervision
- Prepare calculations, technical reports, and drawings
- Ensure designs comply with Eurocodes and relevant standards
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and contractors
- Assist in developing practical and buildable design solutions
- Participate in site visits and construction-stage activities
- Support improvement of technical standards and processes
Requirements
- Degree in Structural Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant structural experience
- Working knowledge of Eurocodes (IE/UK experience preferred)
- Experience with analysis software (Tekla, Tedds, or ETABS)
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Exposure to site inspections or BCAR processes (Advantageous)
- Clear motivation to achieve Chartered Engineer status
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
