Job Summary

We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join a Dublin-based team and support the delivery of structural engineering projects across a diverse portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all project stages while working closely with senior engineers and progressing towards chartership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project delivery from feasibility through to construction
  • Contribute to structural design and analysis under supervision
  • Prepare calculations, technical reports, and drawings
  • Ensure designs comply with Eurocodes and relevant standards
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and contractors
  • Assist in developing practical and buildable design solutions
  • Participate in site visits and construction-stage activities
  • Support improvement of technical standards and processes

Requirements

  • Degree in Structural Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years’ relevant structural experience
  • Working knowledge of Eurocodes (IE/UK experience preferred)
  • Experience with analysis software (Tekla, Tedds, or ETABS)
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Exposure to site inspections or BCAR processes (Advantageous)
  • Clear motivation to achieve Chartered Engineer status
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
