An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager who is looking to develop their career witha leading international firm who specialises in construction, infrastructure and fit-out contracting in the KSA. Our Client has a proven reputation as a established contracting company who offers a strong level of quality service within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

You will be involved in  working as a Project Manager on a number of large scale schools and pre-school projects based in both Riyadh or Jeddah.  Reporting into the Regional Director you will be leading a team of multi-national skilled project engineers. You should have the ability to coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors. This is a permanent staff position on an initial 2 year contract, within a renowned company with huge potential for growth and personal development.

Your role will involve leadership and management of these educational projects and ensuring that all work is carried out with quality and compliance in mind. You will organise and manage meetings and ensure that your team is working effectively and meeting their required deadlines.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified is desirable
• Minimum of 5 years experience on Education & School projects would be ideal
• Ability to manage multiple D&B projects from start to completion
• Excellent English communication skills both verbal & written
• Ability to adapt to a different working & living culture
• Knowledge of H&S procedure is must.
• Past KSA experience will be an added advantage.
• Past experience in the GCC will be a plus.
