Our client is a FTSE 100 household name operating in the Professional Services arena and due to continued expansion, they have an urgent requirement for a permanent HR Operations Business Partner position based in Cork with responsibility for two sites supporting c.650 employees.
As part of a diverse and multi-skilled HR team, the HR Business Partner provides operational HR Support to employees and Managers in a fast-moving commercial environment across a business with a robust engagement team who are focused on talent, learning and development and transformation/change management.
This role requires a strong technical generalist with a good mix of strategic/innovative HR & ER as you will be a key member of the Senior Management Team tasked with delivering an overarching people agenda. Experience of Irish Law and Redundancy is essential. Along with being the first point of contact and support for the managers on day-to-day complex HR queries and escalations; you will partner with the Senior Management Team to understand the strategic goals of the business and develop a people agenda to complement these strategic goals.
